Bisharatganj is a town and a nagar panchayat in Bareilly district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

As of 2001 India census,[1] Bisharatganj had a population of 12,980. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Bisharatganj has an average literacy rate of 36%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with male literacy of 45% and female literacy of 25%. 22% of the population is under 6 years of age.
