[edit] Juris Doctor

There is no such degree as the "Juris Doctorate" at this law school (or any major law school that I know of). Don't just take my word for it, read their own webpage (see the section on Curriculum). Bobak 17:35, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

Yes sir, there is a Juris Doctorate degree. I have a brother who graduated from Birmingham School of Law and you can look on his diploma. Written on it are the words "Juris Doctorate". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.242.38.140 (talk) 08:06, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Reverting issue:

There seems to be a user with a problem with the following paragraph:

Graduates are eligible to take the Alabama State Bar Examination pursuant to the authority granted by the Alabama Legislature and the Alabama Supreme Court. However, as the school is not accredited by the American Bar Association, graduates cannot immediately take the bar outside of Alabama.

There is nothing untrue in the statement, in fact it borrows lines directly from the school's own website. Is there a problem with its inclusion or are we strictly doing marketing-based white-washing? -- Bobak 18:24, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
