In 1995, Birmingham and Solihull College of Nursing and Midwifery & West Midlands School of Radiography merged with (University of Central England) to form the Faculty of Health. In 2002, the RCDM (Royal Centre for Defence Medicine) join the university to offer MOD Students and nurses better key skills in nurse training.
