This template appears to be one of two things breaking section editing on User talk:Mike Halterman. Please don't revert until you find a better fix, or it is cleared of its apparent role in the problem. (I don't understand it except in the sense that i appears identical in its effect to the bug that initially stood in the way of the present VfD-subpage-per-case scheme. Which obviously was definitively fixed.)

Hmm. In any case, it would seem to me there is no reason to transclude this tmplt instead of using subst; consider using that as a fix.

My attempted fix was successful, and i have cited the template as evidence of a bug, at Wikipedia:MediaWiki 1.5 bugs#Transclusion of Tmplt that Starts w/ Hdg Breaks Secn Editing on Transcluding Page.

I urge again that the template not be restored to its former content without first eliminating all non-subst double-brace calls to Template:BioCOTWvoter on the couple of dozen pages listed at its What links here page.
