Talk:Biosecurity protocol

it's terse, but relies on people understanding the big-B small-b and big-P small-p distinction, which wiki makes difficult by stupidly adding capital letters to all entries. Where do I request that this not be done...?
--- tax, trade and tariff is not of itself a meaningful title for a topic. I changed this in biosecurity to tax, trade and tariff, but I wonder if you have a particular preference?
--- "tax, trade and tariff" (TT+T?) is an idiom commonly used to describe a set of related policies to implement an industrial strategy, social policy or ecology protection concern. It's fair to hit all three of these as separate topics, but there are few or no industrial or agricultural strategies that don't alter all three in combination so as to achieve some intended incentive or disincentive.
There was an attempt at a stub article under that title and I think it does belong here - although perhaps in a more NPOV form that addresses more than just the concerns of the anti-globalization movement. For instance, a good entry would cover steel and lumber tariffs motivated by industry protection, free trade lowering of tariffs, 'fair trade' attempts to charge for harms done in countries of origin from the point of view of the purchaser nation, and 'safe trade' lobbying for TT+T laws that keep foreign organisms out...
tough topic and related to mercantilism in economics...
