Binka is a children's cartoon produced by Honeycomb Animation and created by Rosemary Graham. The series focuses on a fat tomcat named Binka who frequently travels to three different houses for three different meals a day.

The star of the cartoon. This black and white tomcat travels to three different houses every day for three different meals. Binka also likes Suki, another cat, a lot. Binka is friends with Tango the puppy, but enemy of Spit the Cat.

A purple cat that is liked by Binka. She is friendly towards Binka, but sometimes seems not to notice that he is around. Suki seems oblivious to the fact that Binka likes her. Binka tries to no end to impress her, but his attempts usually result in him getting into a tight situation himself.

A rambunctious puppy who is friends with Binka.

A mean black cat who extremely dislikes Binka. Binka appears to be scared of Spit.
