Bindlacher Berg Airport or Flughafen Bindlacher Berg (IATA: BYU, ICAO: EDQD), also known as Bayreuth Airport or Flughafen Bayreuth, is an airport in Bayreuth, Bavaria, Germany.

German Luftwaffe built this airport in 1936. In 1992 there was a NFD flight with ATR 42 (ATR 72) to Frankfurt.
From 1998 to 2001, Augsburg Airways flew to Frankfurt.
Bindlacher Berg Airport was host to the World Gliding championship in 1999.

Bindlacher Berg Airport is near Autobahn BAB 9 and BAB 70. It is 5 km northeast of Bayreuth. Taxi takes 10 min to the city.
