Bindian is a small village in Kotli District of Pakistani Kashmir. It's about 12 kilometres from the town of Kotli. Bindian is located in the heart of the beautiful Banah Valley of Khuiratta, which can also be pronounced Khoiratta.
Most of the people of Bindian are farmers.
Bindian also has lots of well qualified teachers, professors, librarians, and military and air force workers who have the ability to go outside their estate and study to set great examples for their future generations.
Bindian has two schools, a boys school and a girls school that children attend from the age of 4.
In Bindian there were Four hard working people and during their lives they have had contributed a great deal of their personal time for the community, and they were Master Allaf Deen, Qazi Mohammed Khalil Qureshi, Ghazi Abdur Rehman, and Colonel Qazi Jaan Mohammed. Bindian has a beautiful mosque which recently has been rebuilt on the spot which is known as the taup.
