Binalonan is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 48,967 people in 10,184 households.

Filipino American writer Carlos Bulosan describes working on building the road to Binalonan in his semi-autobiographical work, America is in the Heart. The town has a memorial and street named after him just north of the municipal hall and town market.
