Hello again. I've previously warned you when you were editing under an anonymous IP account about creating empty vanity articles. This, therefore, is your second warning, but I reiterate my offer of help if you are willing to contribute rather than vandalise our encyclopedia.
Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. ➨ ❝REDVERS❞ 15:20, 27 November 2005 (UTC)
Regarding the sneaky vandalism to Steve Kerr; Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jasmol 17:35, 26 December 2005 (UTC)
- I suspected that the edits were sneaky vandalism because they were minor changes to facts and figures that might otherwise go undetected (especially when made by a logged-in user). I don't know anything about sports, but I was able to easily verify the original figures on nba.com and espn.com. I'd be inclined to believe that you made an "honest mistake" if you could provide the "alternative source" that you obtained those figures from. Jasmol 18:07, 26 December 2005 (UTC)

Welcome!
Hello Billexists, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!
...That should provide you with the tips you asked for. I'm afraid that Steve e k will have to follow your other article and go. This is an encyclopedia, not a place for vanity articles about yourself. However, you can edit your User Page and put such information there if you like.
As for there being nothing left to do on Wikipedia, there are actually plenty of things if you want to dive in! Start by looking at the introduction page to get an idea of what we do and why. Then, head over to the Community Portal, where you'll find a long list of things that need to be done, current collaborations, outstanding tasks and more. All await your valid comments and contributions!
Just remember not to remove the tags from the top of the articles - do what the tag says in order to fix things, but don't just take it away as that is vandalism, and vandalising the Wikipedia may lead to you being blocked from editing (we can also block IP addresses).
Again, welcome, and I hope to see you around on the Community Portal. ➨ ❝REDVERS❞ 19:59, 27 November 2005 (UTC)
