I was born May 4th, 1975 in Novato, California. Maybe one day there will be a Wikipedia page about me. In the meantime, visit my home page.
I'm active in numerous computer software communities -- Linux-, open source-, video game- and Atari 8-bit computer-related.
Notable contributions to the universe:
- Bill's Games, a collection of web-based games that remains immensely popular with WebTV users, due to it's simple design.
- New Breed Software, the moniker I use for open source video games for Linux, Windows, Mac OS X, and a plethora of other operating systems. Most notable to date is Tux Paint, a popular edutainment computer drawing program.
- VZW Sudoku, the Verizon Wireless 'white label' Sudoku puzzle game for mobile phones (available for practically every Verizon BREW handset available)
- WordNerd (review), a popular word puzzle game, at one time available for over 2 dozen Verizon BREW handsets
- Involvement in many, many open source communities
- GIMP graphics tool
- Simple DirectMedia Layer multimedia library
- Sharp Zaurus and Agenda VR3 Linux-based PDAs
- Indrema vaporware video game console
- The K Desktop Environment
- Tux4Kids
- A dozen or so Linux User Groups, including co-founding LUGOD in Davis, California
- Regular contributions to DesktopLinux.com and LinuxDevices.com news websites
