I love this man! Glad to be the first one to start his discussion. I met him last January at ORC, what a sweet, wondeful man, just like I knew he would be. I was so afraid to meet him and find him to be cold or aloof, but he could not have been sweeter or friendlier, or handsome! :-P

Does anyone else think it's time Billy had a picture on his page? :P I'd put one up but I'm not sure how.

Billy Boyd = My obsession since 2001. <3 Every account I make has always been billyboyd07.  :D Well, except xanga...xP He is handsome isn't he. Why couldn't I have born...lesse...35 years ago? lol...

[edit] Beecake and linking to myspace

I added a couple of links to this article yesterday, and one of them was removed immediately. Now, I understand very well that myspace isn't generally a reliable source, but in this case it seems to be the only place in the Internet that has anything about Billy's band - and moreover, it's an official profile/page with music samples and information. (here's the link). Is there a strict policy about linking to myspace, or could we re-consider this decision? --Nerwende 07:48, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

I haven't included this officially in the article because Billy hasn't confirmed it, but there is talk that he may not be involved in this project anymore. See link from The Scotsman: [1] Because of the firing of the Scottish crew and production delays, apparently Billy has backed out of the production. He has not confirmed this officially, and until he does I would advise against including this information in the article.

Image:Pippinprintscreen.jpg is being used on this article. He currently owns a house in Glasgow with his partner, Tanyajane Fraser. On 26 April 2006, he and Fraser welcomed their first child, son Jack William Boyd.[4]

Billy's partners name is Ali Mckinnon and she is the mother of his son Jack.
