I could not find a list of the parishes covered - only information such as given in the link from this page someone has added. The list would be somewhat useful for those who come across the term and want to know the basis for the statistics. Jackiespeel 18:31, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

According to this, the London registration area created by the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1836 was based on the area. MRSC • Talk 08:38, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
