[edit] Why do people translate stupid German articles to English?
Why? Nobody is interested in German bullshit like that.
hi my i am american! and i am sorry that you think IT IS GERMAN BULLSHIT! i love tokiohotel so much! and i can not understand the stuff that is written in the articles becaus ei can not read german so THANKYOU for translating THE GERMAN BULLSHIT! for peopl like me!
Alrighty, if you're gonna say you can't read a particular language, try to proofread. I thought for a moment you were gonna say you didn't speak English well. Kingoomieiii 05:10, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Okay, so
I completely edited the page so that brow was not spelled like brawn, piercing was not spelled like pircin, and highlights was not spelled like hihlits.
[edit] deleted a section
hey,
I deleted a section that looked biased (is that the English word?). 'He's very sensitive and worries alot, he says he doesn't smoke though he's caught with a cigarette in his hand on a picture once. He's not interested in sports at all, and according to himself, he can't dance; instead, he's the type of person to stand in a corner watching others.[citation needed]'
Who writes these texts -Bill was only seven when he started writing lyrics. He writes most of Tokio Hotel's songs, and his texts are considered to be quite mature for his age-? Is this really the Wikipedia standard, or is it just the 'love of the fans' that write such unverified statements? --195.210.248.206 22:57, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] dead or alive
hey,
this afternoon wikipedia claimed that he was dead. now the opposite is claimed. what's true?

He is not dead. That is untrue. Kryptonz 16:45, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Language improvements
Hello,
Did a few language improvements - love that isn't tainted by his famous life into his fame.
Also, the previous article mentionned he is known for his very androgynous rocker looks and homosexuality. The homosexuality issue is only a rumour and officialy he denied it, so I removed the former statement and mentionned only the controversy. I agree with you OKAY SO, I'm straight & male and I'd do him anyway he's too cute. Besides Angels do not belong to earthlty definitions of sex :) I think he is of the third type by the way, but even if he wanted to do a coming out, his music company wouldn't be happy about that. Millions of teenage girls will be heart-broken and well that can translate in reduced sales. Anyway, he's a talented singer with angel features, that's enough information.
I added a similarity with David Bowie concerning the androgynous looks. Bowie and Kaulitz being both pop rock artists, and with comparable charisma, I thought it good to mention. I added his spiked mane hairstyle with the previous description of his style. And mentionned his exceptional features and the fact that he is a heart-throb for teenage girls.
Concerning the love-life section, I removed the phrase that he was actually girldfriend-less. Because firstly this is implied by his description of a dream girl, and it'll never be an up-to-date information nor is it really an information that can be verified, unless it's official. His wedding fantasy being peculiar, I didn't delete that section.
Finally I added a phrase about him not giving much details about his private life. Which is good. Only empty cans make noise to attract attention:)

[edit] sign your posts, wikipedia is about common knowledge for use of all, not propaganda
Hi,
Well, I checked the article and found that someone had removed the comparison with Bowie - witout even bothering to leave an explanation of the editing - plus that person wrote
is well known for his very androgynous rocker/gothik appearence.
Only people who know how to write english should edit in the first place. Appearance is written like this. And Tokio Hotel is not a gothik group. He is well known not for gothik bracelets, but because he has androgynous looks.

[edit] Stated, not proven
I edited the part about his homosexuality being proven to be untrue, and instead stated, "said to be untrue", seeing as though official claims can't be held to an entire credibility. I'm not claiming he's gay, just that it's not our place to completely put the stamp on it not possibly being so.

[edit] Crude
Well, I read this article and think it is very badly written. Some things in this article should even belong under Bill Kaulitz. I think people tend to forget that this is a biography. The Discography needs to be deleted because he does not have a solo career. That belongs in the band section. The talk about the promotional tour belongs in the band section too which is entirely different page. The minor details can be merged together at the top when it is giving an introduction of him. There is also poor citation. I am gonna edit this page too. Oh and I edited Tom's biography and if anyone wanna discuss what's going to be in and or left out then just go to that talk page.
- edit
You guys to make things easier, both Bill and Tom's page need to be merged together since they are twins and it would make sense to do that instead of having two separate pages about them with the same information that has been stated over and over again.
Oh and people who edit their page must learn how to type and spell proper English.
- edit
I intergrated the pages, so now when you go to the name Bill or Tom Kaulitz. It will redirect to the new page and I edited it also. If you feel the need to edit go ahead and just let it be known in the discussion.

Good job. This article is still horribly written, though--it reads like something a teenage girl would write about her friend's boyfriend, not what is supposed to be a proper biographical entry on a person. The grammar, formality, and pov need to be edited badly. There are too many examples for me to even know what to include--in short, the whole thing needs to be re-written. 65.29.99.137 01:04, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
о дорогие том и билл!!!!!!!!!!!! я очень хочу вас встретить!!! я вас просто обажаю! шрай!!!!! короче целую! и чмаффффф!
[edit] Requested move
This is the family name by which the twins are best known and thus is in line with WP naming convention. Also in line with the non-English language WP articles.

- Support. Could even have been proposed as uncontroversial IMO. Andrewa 10:22, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Discussion
- Any additional comments:
Actually, this won't bring the name in live (SIC) with the non-English language WP articles at all - French Wikipedia and Turkish Wikipedia, for example, both have separate articles on Bill and Tom, and German Wikipedia (perhaps surprisingly as they are German after all) has an article on Bill but nothing on Tom, not even a redlink from the article on the bands in which they have both played. Other languages (which I don't read) seem to follow one of these two patterns. English is the odd one out. But I support the move as proposed (see above). Andrewa 10:21, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

This article has been renamed from Bill and Tom Kaulitz-Trümper to Bill and Tom Kaulitz as the result of a move request. --Stemonitis 07:13, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Age
Quote:
- They are identical twins, although their age and different fashion styles has made this less apparent.
If they are identical twins their age doesn't differ, does it... 81.205.234.85 19:59, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
I see, and this? Quote:
- Tom also has different taste in music from Bill.
- (some lines further:) They had similar tastes in music and formed a band together called 'Devilish’.
Which one is correct? 81.205.234.85 20:06, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
- missed that one at the rewrite. How about its all a matter of one's philosophical outlook as to the difference between different and similar? Meanwhile a form of words to show that the differences ave not so great as to prevent them performing together. or maybe the differences Were not so apparent back then. Needs checking. bärlinerTalk 20:34, 2 July 2007 (UTC) 81.205.234.85, as you are interested in the article please vote on the requested move shown above. bärlinerTalk 20:38, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Is this correct?
They are popular German rock stars, best known for being in the band Tokio Hotel in which Bill sings lead vocals and Tom plays the guitar. The sisters also to do music and endorsement deals together.
Aren't they brothers ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.63.235.164 (talk • contribs) 21:30, 3 August 2007
- They are, someone vandalised the page again. Reverted it. Melsaran (formerly Salaskаn) 20:43, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding Album Release
I changed a section that stated they had decided not to release in the United States. They released a single there a while back which stated "Scream" would be released in 2008. The UK release of Scream is according to various sources such as TH's myspace, official web site, and UK street team. I'll get the citation shortly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dow.nathan (talk • contribs) 20:27, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Citing
I removed/added quite a bit of information, I know of multiple sources for everything, but whenever I try to cite, it doesn't work correctly. I will add this shortly. --FaerytaleMalice (talk) 07:07, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
