Apparently, according to the official Tennessee Blue Book, this article shoul be retitled "Bill Andersen" and the name corrected accordingly. Since there has been a recent edit to this article which marks a considerable improvment, I will be leaving this alone for a few days to allow other interested persons in on it, since apparently there are such.
