This image is from a contrast enhanced computed tomography examination of the abdomen. Both kidneys are enlarged and essentially replaced by large masses of fat, blood vessels and soft tissue. This is the typical appearance of an angiomyolipoma which is a benign tumor seen with particular frequency in patients with tuberous sclerosis (as in this patient).
