William Edward Reid (April 10, 1977 (1977-04-10) in Victoria, British Columbia [1]) is a Canadian television and podcasting personality.

Billy's work has appeared on The Comedy Network, VH1's Best Week Ever, Sketch With Kevin McDonald, CBC On Demand, KVOS OCTV, Zed Television, and the Gemini Awards. Most recently he was a writer, producer and co-host for CBC's television show Exposure. His co-host was Lara Doucette, from Tiki Bar TV. [2].

He is also a freelance music composer. Some of his clients include Ask A Ninja's follow-up web series Hope is Emo, CBC Television, Charles Trippy, and Kanja Chen's Chimp TV.

Billy does a weekly podcast called the PreRecorded Friends with co-hosts Doog and Joe Bresler.
