William Wesley "Billy" Neighbors (born February 4, 1940 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama) is an American former football offensive guard who played in the American Football League from (1962–1969). Neighbors was selected by a Patrios fan vote in 1971, to the teams All-1960s (AFL) Team. He was an All-American offensive linemen for the University of Alabama and was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2003.
