Billy Latsko (born February 16, 1984 in Gainesville, Florida) is an American football fullback for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Florida.

Latsko attended Buchholz High School in Gainesville, Florida and was a student and a letterman in football, baseball, and weightlifting. In football, as a junior, he was a third team All-State selection. As a senior, he was a first team All-Area selection and a second team All-State selection. In baseball, he was a four year letterman. Billy Latsko graduated from Buchholz High School in 2002.
