Billy Kennedy is the head men's basketball coach at Murray State University. He took over the position vacated by Mick Cronin in 2006.
Kennedy previously held the same position at Centenary and Southeastern Louisiana.
On May 6, 2008, it was reported that Billy Kennedy agreed to a contract extension with Murray State University through the 2011-2012 season.
