Billy Jayne (born William Jacoby, April 10, 1969 in Flushing, Queens, New York) is an actor. Billy's siblings are also actors: Scott Jacoby, Robert Jacoby, Susan Jacoby, and Laura Jacoby.

Billy Jayne has been in many films, although he is sometimes credited as Billy Jacoby or William Jayne. He has also done some voicework for cartoons. Perhaps his best known voice role was in the 1983 ABC Saturday morning cartoon The Puppy's Further Adventures as the voice of Petey the Puppy. His best known roles in films include the 1982 cult film The Beastmaster as the young Dar (the Beastmaster), and in the 1985 comedy Just One of the Guys, he played Buddy Griffith, the sex-obsessed younger brother of the lead character.

Billy has starred in a couple of television series in supporting roles. Billy starred in the short-lived TV series It's Not Easy, he also was on the 1980s NBC series Silver Spoons as Brad. His other role was on the Fox series Parker Lewis Can't Lose as Mikey Randall. In the early 1980s, he appeared in a commercial for McDonald's, and in the early 1990s in print ads for Levi's jeans.

He has made guest appearances on many television shows, including Galactica 1980, The A-Team, The Golden Girls, 21 Jump Street, Walker, Texas Ranger, and Charmed.
