The Billingham Forum Complex is a building in Billingham, England, that houses an ice-rink, a swimming pool, a gym, as well as other sports facilities and the Forum Theatre. It was opened on 19 October 1967 by Queen Elizabeth II[1]. The Forum is Billingham's only all-in one leisure complex serving Billingham[citation needed]. Protests were held when the Forum was threatened with closure, which was halted when the Forum was granted listed building status. The 1960s style of the Forum (as well as the town centre) are often complained about by the residents of Billingham.
