Bill Whittle

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Bill Whittle is a popular blogger, essayist, national TV editor, and author of the book Silent America, which contains a collection of his essays. While he is generally considered a conservative - for instance, he supports the war in Iraq and opposes affirmative action - Whittle has more than once said that he does not believe in a Supreme Being, thus separating himself from Conservative Christians, who stereotypically comprise a large cross-section of the Republican Party.

An amateur pilot, Whittle has written frequently since the September 11 attacks on themes of patriotism, military force, terrorism, and culture. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
