Bill Walsh (born September 8, 1927 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, United States) was a center who played six seasons in the National Football League. Walsh attended the University of Notre Dame. At Phillipsburg High School, Walsh was coached by legendary hall of fame coach Dan Vinal, who led Walsh and team to a not so successful season.
