The Bill Stutt Stakes is a Group 2 Australian thoroughbred horse race for horses aged 3 years old under open set weight conditions, over a distance of 1600m.
The race was re-named in honour of the Bill Stutt, a former chairman of the Moonee Valley Racing Club.
It is held annually at Moonee Valley Racecourse in Melbourne.

1979 onwards Group 2
1934 - 1989 the race was known as the ‘Moonee Valley Stakes’
1990 onwards the race has been called the ‘Bill Stutt Stakes’
