William Frederick Krieg (January 29, 1859 in Petersburg, Illinois - March 25. 1930 in Chillicothe, Illinois) was a 19th century Major League Baseball player from 1884 to 1887.
Krieg played college baseball at Notre Dame University and won three minor league batting titles during the 1880s. He was a career .335 hitter in the minors and Bill James considered him to be the top minor league player in the 1880s.[1][2]
