Bill Hoest

Bill Hoest (1926-1988) was a United States cartoonist who produced the comic strip The Lockhorns. He worked on the strip from 1968 to his death in 1988. He received the National Cartoonist Society Newspaper Panel Cartoon Award for the strip in 1975 and 1980.
