Bill Estabrooks is a Member of the [[Legislative Assembly of nova scotia ]]. He represents the riding of Timberlea-Prospect for the NDP. He has also been employed as a school teacher He has also been involved in the Lions Club and local hockey teams. He is also a recipient of the Lions International Presidents’ Recognition Award and the Medal of Bravery from the Governor General.
Estabrooks was first elected in Nova Scotia general election, 1998 and was subsequently re-elected in 1999, 2003, and 2006. He is the NDP critic for Justice.
