Bill Clinton Boulevard is in Prishtina in the Republic of Kosovo. It is located in Dardania. A large 7.5m mural of him is placed up on an apartment block. After the war of 1998-1999 the Albanians in Kosovo wanted to thank the American President for his help against the struggle between Serbia. A statue of Bill Clinton was planned to be made but was delayed due to the shortage of money.

On the mural of Bill Clinton it Says "Welcome to Bill Clinton Boulevard". Bill Clinton was the first ever American President to viist Kosovo. The second was George W. Bush.
