Bill Clement (politician)

Bill Clement is a City Councillor in the Charleswood-Tuxedo ward in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He was first elected as City Councillor in 1983. Clement owns Aqua Pleasure Pools.
He is the Chairperson of the Standing Policy Committee on Infrastructure Renewal and Public Works.
