Bill Burgwinkle

Bill Burgwinkle is a reader in Medieval French and Occitan Literarture at the University of Cambridge and fellow, tutor for Graduate Studies and Director of Studies at King's College, Cambridge.

Burgwinkle completed his PhD entitled The Troubador as Subject: Biography, Erotics and Culture in 1988 at Stanford University.

Burgwinkle was awarded a Pilkington Prize for excellence in teaching in 2006. ^[1]
