Bill Bunting

William Carl "Bill" Bunting (born August 26, 1947 in New Bern, North Carolina) is a retired American basketball player.

He played collegiately for the University of North Carolina.

He was selected by the New York Knicks in the 2nd round (26th pick overall) of the 1969 NBA Draft.

He played for the Carolina Cougars (1969-70), New York Nets (1970) and Virginia Squires (1970-72) in the ABA for 145 games.
