Bilal Asad

Bilal Asad (born November 17, 1978 in Jhang) is a Pakistani first class cricketer for Islamabad. A right handed batsman and handy right-arm medium bowler, Asad has made over 5000 first class runs in a career which began in 1995/96. He has a Viv Richard's like stance and stylish pull shots are his trademark and he can bat anywhere in the order. He's also a handy hand medium pacer, who bowls around 85mph.

Asad went with Pakistan on a tour of England in 2003 but didn't get a game. At 28, he is likely to be too old to make his debut.
