[edit] April 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Neil Gaiman, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. You have been
blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with
Wikipedia's blocking policy for
participating in an off-wiki vandalism attempt (see here). If you believe this block is unjustified you may
contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|
your reason here}} below.

For a start, how you can decide that my account is vandalism only when I have made constructive and intelligent edits in the past is beyond me. Secondly, if you find it so catastrophic that I made a jokey, completely non-malicious edit then I eally doubt that I want to be welcomed here. I have no interest in editting your site in the future, so I don't care if you unblock this account or not, however if you think that AltNation does not deserve a page even though it is one of the largest niche online commuinities in the world and has spawned many publications and two extremely popular night club events then I don't really know what to think of your so called criteria of additions.
- This account only has one edit to its name, and said edit is a continuation of the vandalism from AltNation users; hence the indefinite block. You may have noticed you can still edit your talk page; if you want to be unblocked I recommend using {{unblock}} to make an unblock request for another administrator here to look over. -Jéské (v^_^v Karistaa Usko) 17:58, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.
Request reason: "I don't know if edits which are then undone by the user are registered as official edits or not, as I feel that may have been what happened in the past, but I have DEFINITELY edited at least one page before (even if I may have edited it straight back, it was a long time ago and I can't remember). I also created this account a long time ago, and even if I haven't used it to make edits I don't know how you can perceive it as purely for spam when it has been registered for so long. Anyway, I have no intention of doing any further edits, vandalism or otherwise - I didn't realise that taking part in some lighthearted japery would cause you all so much anguish."
Decline reason: "You have only one contribution outside of this talk page, here. You have no deleted contributions, so any other edits you may have made were done while not logged in. You are not blocked for spam, you are blocked for being a member of a group whose sole intent is to vandalize Wikipedia, and acting on that intention. We are trying to build a serious project, and are frequently attacked by people who are here to vandalize. This is disruptive, and in order to provide the best service to those who wish to use our project for constructive reasons, we block those vandals. There are warnings against this all over the project. — Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:33, 21 April 2008 (UTC)"
Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.
