[edit] Notability
Are they really notable? --TwentyFourNinetyOne 21:16, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hmm...
- They MIGHT meet one of the secondary web notability provisions: "The content having been distributed via a medium which is both well known and independent of the creators, either through an online newspaper or magazine, an online publisher, or an online broadcaster. This does not include trivial distribution such as hosting content on user-submitted sites (GeoCities, Newgrounds, etc.)" It's pretty clear LiveVideo pays them; unfortunately, whatever deal they have isn't transparent enough to source. [edit] Article Notes - 20:49, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
- The word "iTunes" is absent from the article, though this is where I (and most people?) subscribe to this podcast
- If you count video clips, not episodes, because they produce special segment podcasts, how many Bikini News podcasts?
- Humor-style like The Daily Show and Saturday Night Live, right, but it's also slapstick with social commentary, like Charlie Chaplain's films
- When listed on Wikipedia the podcast titles needs to be edited for basic grammar sanity (punctuation) and encyclopedic-style (no all-caps)
- The page is tagged for lack of notability; if anyone is thinking about it, I formally vote against deleting this article over notability issues
