He seems like a notable person but this article really needs to be cleaned up. It's very POV and looks like it is copy and paste although I don't know the source. --Dysepsion 04:16, 11 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] New article via temp page

Greetings,

I'd like to start a new article about Patnaik via the temp page, without using copywrited photographs and without quoting directly from any sites. I'm working on something now, it wont be very large, but hopefully it will be sufficient. If anyone wants to contribute, feel free. Siyavash 17:13, 12 August 2005 (UTC)

It's all clear now. I moved the temp page over. -Aranel ("Sarah") 03:15, 27 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Additional information related to Indonesia

The article cites the good relation between Biju Patnaik and Indonesia. I would like to point out another historical fact that Soekarno, the Indonesian president at that time, give him the honor to name his first daughter as a sign of respect and gratitude. The daughter, Megawati Sukarnoputri, grew up to became the fifth Indonesian president thirty five years later. (source)

I don't know what would a good way to put them into the article. Any suggestions? Xathria (talk) 23:18, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
