[edit] Kannada Text Compatability
I converted the text Vijapur in kannada with the help of Kannada Unitext Convertor. If I view the page in Internet Explorer it is being shown properly, but same is not the case with Firefox. The one in with the tag Internet Explorer is correct--Aravind Parvatikar 13:54, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Review
- The lead is too short. It should be a summary of the entire article. Approx 250-300 words
- The article consists of topics containg information related to both the city and district. According to the Indian district conventions, this article should contain only city-related information. Bijapur district should contain the district related information. Please split. (See Mysore, Mysore district and Mysore division.
- The history is too short. At least six paragraphs are required.
- =Geography= should follow history.
The article should be cleaved before I can review further. Regards, =Nichalp «Talk»= 04:44, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Notice
Note: I have removed the redirect from Bijapur District to Bijapur. Since both of them led to confusion.
I will be editing them to bring in clarity between Bijapur and Bijapur District
