[edit] No information on the later line - why?

I remember a line of Big Jim toys that came out in 1985 in Italy. The "good guys" (Big Jim, Doctor Alec and Astros) were part of an organization called Global Command, while the "bad guys" (Professor Obb, Vektor and Baron Fangg) were part of a criminal organization called Condor Force. I don't remember buch about this line except this, and the only site I found with pictures of this "underdog" line was Italian. Why? Was it only released in Italy?
