Sesame Street: Big Bird's Hide and Speak

Sesame Street: Big Bird's Hide and Speak is a game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It was one of the simplest-to-play NES games ever released commercially. This game stars Big Bird and co-stars Little Bird, and features Bert, Ernie, Count, Grover, and Elmo.

This game was developed and distributed by Hi Tech Expressions.

All 4 sides of the D-pad move little bird to the next window clockwise; A and B Buttons both choose a window. The center buttons (Start and Select) exit to the game select screen.

The game has six selectable modes:

1. Identify the character whose name is spoken
2. Identify the concealed character whose name is spoken
3. Identify the letter whose name is spoken
4. Identify the letter (concealed) whose name is spoken
5. "fun": Spell a 3 letter word that is spoken
6. "sun": Spell as many 3 letter words until the sun goes down. Each screen has one specific word that the game wants the player to guess; a different word will not be recognized. Only this mode is playable without sound.
