Big John @ Breakfast is the current breakfast show on local radio station Hallam FM, in South Yorkshire, UK, and has been since the end of August 2000. The show is broadcast from 6am to 9am each weekday, and The Church Of Big John airs on Sundays from 10am to 12pm, and plays highlights from the week.

Popular recurring features that appear on the show include:

  • 'Hallamster's Homework' - A question is read out on air, homework from Hallamster's school, often a riddle or similar. Listeners text in with guesses answer. One right answer is picked at random and wins!

'Celebrity Yes/No Game' - The team have to guess who the celeb is on the phone from questions they ask them. Recent celebrities have been Westlife, Girls Aloud, Kelly Brook, Ricky Gervais, Shayne Ward, Trinny and Susannah.

'What's Gordon Ramsay Cooking?' Guess the dish and win stuff.
