[edit] Fair use for Time Lord
This image, Bicardial.jpg, is a screen shot from Doctor Who a television show copyrighted by the BBC, I futurehawk|talk 20:03, 14 September 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution cropped screen shot from a 45-minute episode of Doctor Who;
- The image is being used for informational purposes showing that Time Lords have two hearts, a fact often mentioned but only shown in this episode;
- This is the only example of an image showing the Doctor's two hearts, no more free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question, and does not show any storyline or action.
