Bicycling Australia is a bi-monthly cycling magazine, published and owned by Lake Wangary Publishing Company. Bicycling Australia was launched in late 1989 by Phil and Catie Latz.

Starting out in a backyard shed, Bicycling Australia was originally based in Wangary, South Australia, before relocating to Wollongong, NSW at the end of 1992.
Bicycling Australia magazine was followed over the years by Bicycling Trade, Bicycling Yearbook, Bicycling Buyers Guide, Bicycling Australia Show Guide and Mountain Biking Australia.[1]
From 1998 to 2006, we Bicycling Australia produced the annual Bicycling Australia Show, alternating between Sydney (odd years) and Melbourne (even years).
In 2001 the annual Bicycling Australia Challenge was founded. It is a long distance ride to raise funds for Teen Challenge (since renamed 'One80TC' in NSW)[2]. It was handed over to One80TC in and continues to operate under their oversight. On 23rd June 2006 BA Gear was launched through Bicycling Australia. This online store offers a range of cycling merchandise for sale including books, calendars, DVDs, posters, giftware and jewellery. During 2006 BA Press was also established.

Bicycling Australia magazine features articles about road racing, cycling training and recreational riding.
The magazine traditionally features road tests, exclusive interviews with pro cyclists, bike and body tips and where to ride information.
