Biagio Marin

Biagio Marin (Grado, 1891–Grado, 1985) was an Italian poet, best known from his poems in the Venetian language.

Biagio studied in Venice and Florence, and graduated in philosophy under Giovanni Gentile. His poems, written in the Grado dialect of Venetian, are about the daily life and simple landscapes of his native land. He his renowned by his cultivated and refined style.
