- Perhaps someone needs to improve the cleanup instructions.
- Even after reading, again, ALL the instructions for cleanup, I cannot figure out any other meaning or intention for the following instructions that appear on every page that has the cleanup marker, than deleting the listing on the cleanup page after it's reasonably cleaned up. It does NOT say "remove only your own listing" or anything of the sort. Maybe it should? Maybe it shouldn't say anything about removing the notice on the cleanup page? Maybe instead of "remove" it should say something else? Quoting:
-
- This article needs cleanup. Please add this article to the cleanup page (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Wikipedia:Cleanup&action=edit§ion=3) and improve it in any way that you see fit. Remove this notice and the listing on the cleanup page after the article has been cleaned up.

- Sorry, you're right. I only saw that you removed the comments. There also may have been a program glitch as the computer directed me to an older version of the article, one before your improvements. The version I saw would have still required cleanup. I withdraw my comment and removed the article from the cleanup list. Again, my sincerest apologies for the mix up. -JCarriker 07:46, Aug 19, 2004 (UTC) P.S. You may want to consider adding some info about yourself on your user page. :)

[edit] New York Point pic
Thanks for uploading Image:Newyorkpoint.jpg. I notice it currently doesn't have an image copyright tag. Could you add one to let us know its copyright status? (You can use {{gfdl}} if you release it under the GFDL, or {{fairuse}} if you claim fair use, etc.) Thanks so much, – Quadell (talk) (help)[[]] 20:41, Oct 7, 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Saint Petersburg's Paradox
Hello, I found your graph showing the results of a long run of simulations of the "Petersburg's Casino" very interesting. How did you do them? Ex-professo program, Excel spreadsheet, something other? If the first case, could you publish the code? I'm indeed very interested in taking a look at it. Thanks in advance TrollDeBatalla
[edit] Non-free use disputed for Image:Willy Brandt Time.jpg
This file may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading Image:Willy Brandt Time.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 12:20, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
