Currently a part of bhrigu sahinta ( this is the right word instead of samhita) is available in Hoshiarpur district of current indian punjab state. Bhrigu shastri Shri Shyama Charan Trivedi possess this ancient invaluable sahinta. Many people have found their horoscope in this part of world.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.188.105.227 (talkcontribs)

Oh please Nalanda was a Buddhist University for Gods sakes(unlike Taxila which was Hindu as well). The stories about Bhrigu Samhita being destroyed or taken away from Nalanda are totally fabricated. Also, parts of Bhrigu Samhita survive in various parts of India, which suggests that there were many copies of it and were distributed among families across the country over the centuries. Off couese not all 5 million horoscopes could have survived over 3 millenia invaders or no invaders. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.145.76.44 (talk) 02:26, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
