I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Howden.net.nz, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Howden.net.nz. It's a fictional show, so in the end both businesses and towns are just settings, ie. Locations, so it makes sense to merge the two. Right now, they are both just big lists of overdetailing and neither of them meet the WP:FICT guidelines so I thought merging the two would make them more notable and thus both the businesses and locations would have their say.
