Joseph Wells (born 14 July 1828 at Penshurst Place, Kent, England; died October 14, 1910, Liss, Hampshire, England) was an English cricketer.

Joseph wells was the first bowler to take Four wickets in four balls[[1]] When he dismissed Sussex's batsman James Deal, Spencer Leigh , Charles Ellis and Richard Fillery In successive balls.
