Bhainsa is a town of rich cultivators, businessmen but a very sensitive place for communal riots, but NTR set the town right and his follower Mr. Naidu following his father in law's footsteps did his level best to bring the peace back in town. Both leaders deserve standing applaude from the people of Andhra Pradesh for their services in development of the state.
This was one of the most sensitive place of the district but now it is most successful place for the business persons of cotton, ginning and oil mills. The prices of lands are soaring in high expectations of IIT in Basar in near future, at least when TDP comes back in power. Too good to be true.
