    • Original submitter claims it isn't; see talk page. --Delirium 02:58, Aug 2, 2003 (UTC)
      • I think the claim is mistaken - see the talk page. --mav 07:17, 3 Aug 2003 (UTC)
      • I reviewed the talk page and the claim of permission grant is simply not compelling. Ideally, someone should rewrite the page. Unless that is done, I favor deletion. Kat 18:25, 6 Aug 2003 (UTC)
      • The material, despite the FDL issue, is valid -- I will turn it into a stub, and maybe User:Kaysov can improve it shortly. -戴&#30505sv 20:04, Aug 7, 2003 (UTC)

I had contacted people at indiapost.com (the site from which from which i mirrorred the text.) and made sure that i am not violating any copyright laws by mirroring it. so i guess, the problem subsides.

But did they give permission to release their text under terms of our license? I'm restoring the copyvio notice until we know for sure. --mav 07:05, 3 Aug 2003 (UTC)
Yeah -- Wikipedia is not a mirror Kaysov -- text here becomes "ours" -- not traceable to any patentable source. If they chose to release the text for "free use" or "fair use" -- a more common term -- then that would be acceptible. -戴&#30505sv 19:52, Aug 7, 2003 (UTC)
