A theatre group India performs shows all over the country. After a show was performed Champak Chaturved (Paresh Rawal) who created the group is offered a chance to go to London and perform a show. While he was being offered some hungama was going on that he did not know about. Babla (Govinda) and Bunty (Akshay Kumar) are hitting on the heroine of the show that causes the heroine to run away. When the news hits chaturved the ground from his feet is taken away. The organizer that offered the chance wanted the show mainly, because of the heroine. The organizer knows nothing about what is going, because he was kept in the shadows.

Chaturved gave an ultimatum to Bunty and Babla. Which is that who ever gets an heroine will be the hero. Then Babla asks Gullu (Rajpal Yadav) where can he find an heroine. Gullu takes it the wrong way and directs him to a park. Bunty heard everything follows Babla, but Babla catches Bunty then makes a deal with him. Then two strange men arrive both Bunty and Babla assume they will supply them with a heroine, but they turn out to be part of the underworld. Then the two strange men trade bags and run as soon as they see the police. Turns out that the two strange men are working for MG Gandhi (Manoj Joshi), and MG Gandhi believes Bunty and Babla are undercover cops. Babla and Bunty chase after them because they took their bag of cloths. They lose the men and are confused. They open the bad and find drugs. Then Bunty convinces Babla into going to the police to turn in the drugs to get good credit or an award, but the police get the wrong impression and think they are drug dealers. The Commissioner JD Mehra (Jackie Shroff) releases them but after informing them not to leave the country til they are proven guilty.

Then Bunty goes to Gullu and he takes Bunty to Guru (Shakti Kapoor) who may get Bunty a heroine, but it turns out guru is useless. Bunty and Gullu ditch Guru and bump into a woman who is trying to commit suicide. Bunty saves her and thinks of a plan into making her the group's heroine. Bunty brings Munni (Lara Dutta) and becomes the hero and Babla is frustrated and notices something fishy is going on. Bunty falls in love with Munni but then Munni gets in an accident. The doctor notices that she may be suicidal and asks the group. Both Chaturved and Babla noticed she was suicidal. When Munni wakes up she does not recognize anyone and asks for her husband Vikram Chauhan (Arbaaz Khan), and the group is confused and asks her who is she, she responds Nisha. Turns out she is married and is mentally ill. So Bunty is heartbroken and everything goes back to the way it was.

Later on the group finds out Nisha is burned alive and Bunty is sadden that his love is dead. Later however, as Bunty and Babla are touring the city, Bunty sees Nisha and grabs Babla and follows her but they lose her. They bump into the Commissioner and he asks who saw her the only one that saw her is bunty. They just believe that Bunty is imagining. Then during a show Chaturved sees nisha and is frightened. He goes to bunty and babla and they all three go to the scene where Chaturved saw her. Vikram then comes out from a corner yelling and ready to shoot someone, but then dies. All three are frightened and throw his body down a vent. During the performance his body falls from the roof. The commissioner questions everyone and arrests Bunty, Babla and Chaturved because he believes that they killed Vikram. MG Gandhi also wants the three dead because he believes that they are going to get Gandhi put in jail. Gandhi's men get their car aligned with the police car and throw a garnade and it was a chance for Babla, Bunty and Chaturved to escape, prove they are innocent, and find Nisha.

They have escaped out of the polices clutches, but they are wanted dead or alive, so they try to hide. They find variety of clues leading to Nisha. Then their last clue leads them to a railway station where Nisha is. Bunty and Babla chase her and trap her at a clock tower Big Ben. Turns out her real name is Aditti and she was hired by Vikram to play his wife Nisha and convince people she is crazy in return for money and a passport out of London. Turns out Vikram wanted to kill his real wife Nisha to get her riches. When Aditti found out about his ways she tries to stop him, but failed. She later tries to reach Bunty at the show to tell him about it, but Vikram catches Aditti at the show. Then the Commissioner arrives at the play and kills Vikram as Vikram killed Nisha who is the Commissioner's younger sister.

Eventually all the characters come to the tower in there own way. Then nothing but craziness happens that makes everyone end up in the hospital. Also the commissioner confesses that he killed Vikram and goes to jail.
